1) First, install the 1.3 version.

2) Then install the 1.3.2 version of the 1.3 version of the lifting pole.

3) If the license issue as above but coming off the program your phone to make the installation completely (data delete, etc.). Remove and install a new program gave TSF Shell Pro 3D Fix.
